Our platform provides a live network of curated restaurants, making it effortless for concierges to book reservations with ease. Restaurants are curated based on cuisine, type, and distance, ensuring a seamless experience for guests. Enjoy the added value service of last-minute access to quality restaurants, enhancing your guests’ overall stay. Unbookables saves time, is user-friendly, and ensures guest satisfaction.
How it works | Hotels
Location
The restaurants are filtered on location, the restaurants that are nearest to your current location are displayed first.
Date
Select the date and select the number of guests. Only the time slots of the restaurants that are available are shown. EAT & EARN time slots are starred.
Booking
In Bookings you will find your reservations and you are able to modify them if they occur in the future, past reservations cannot be modified. A reservation can be modified up to two hours prior to arrival, after that we kindly ask you to contact the restaurant.
No show
If you do not show up for your reservation within half an hour after the time you reserved, your reservation will be marked as a no show. If this happens 3 times or more, your access to this platform will be blocked. Please be so kind to alert the restaurant when you are running late or when you will be unable to make the scheduled reservation.
Eat & EARN
Earn credit to your account if you book a low demand time slot, or book high demand times free of charge. You will find your balance under billing, and it can be paid out to your bank account once your balance exceeds €15. Stripe is our trusted payment partner and handles all payouts. In order to have your balance paid out you should use the Stripe connect button, found under the billing section
INVITE & EARN
Invite your guests to join Unbookables through your exclusive referral link and start earning while boosting guest satisfaction. Your hotel will earn €1 per cover for bookings made by your referred guests during EAT & EARN timeslots. Your earnings accumulate in your Unbookables account, ready to cash out at €15. With unlimited invites, your hotel’s earning potential is virtually limitless!
Confirmation
After confirming a reservation you will receive a text message and an email with the confirmation. A link to the route description of the restaurant can be found in the confirmation.
