Location

The restaurants are filtered on location, the restaurants that are nearest to your current location are displayed first.

Date

Select the date and select the number of guests. Only the time slots of the restaurants that are available are shown, time slots that are in high demand are starred and you have to pay in order to book this time slot. If the time slot is not starred, you will receive money when booking this slot.  

Booking

In Bookings you will find your reservations and you are able to modify them if they occur in the future, past reservations cannot be modified. A reservation can be modified up to an hour prior to arrival, after that we kindly ask you to contact the restaurant. 

No show

If you do not show up for your reservation within half an hour after the time you reserved, your reservation will be marked as a no show. If this happens 3 times or more, your access to this platform will be blocked. Please be so kind to alert the restaurant when you are running late or when you will be unable to make the scheduled reservation. 

Earn & Eat

The SEPA mandate is asked in order to book time slots that are in high demand. If you book a regular time slot you will receive money, this will be credited to your account, you will find your balance under billing. Money paid for high demand time slots will always be deducted from your balance, if the balance is insufficient your bank account will be charged. 

Pay-outs

If your balance exceeds 15 euro, you will have the possibility to have the balance paid out to your bank account. Stripe is our trusted payment partner and handles all payouts, in order to have your balance paid out you should use the Stripe connect button, found under the billing section. 

Confirmation

After confirming a reservation you will receive a text message and an email with the confirmation. A link to the route description of  the restaurant can be found in the confirmation. 

Login

> Go to: www.unbookables.com
> Log in with the specified e-mail address.
> Go to Profile, change the password and click save.

Formitable API

Formitable: Click on Profile and follow the step-by-step plan (video) to fill in the API Key. This ensures that reservations are automatically transferred to Formitable.

Formitable

Under the heading Profile you can make a link with your Formitable account, reservations will then be automatically transferred. Go through the steps as described in the ”where can i find this”.

Opening hours

Here you can enter, per day of the week, the opening hours of the kitchen.
> Add the number of default place settings.
> Click Save: Everything will be copied to the future.
> Click on Manage Time slots: Here you can fine-tune the time slots per day of the week.

Agenda

The agenda remains leading. You can use this daily to adjust last-minute availability yourself.

Please note: If there is no availability in Formitable, reservations from Unbookables cannot be continued.

Earn & Sell

The time slots are set to EARN by default. You can further set them as desired.

Under the heading ‘Billing’ you will find Stripe Connect. Go through the onboarding process. This is necessary to have your money to be received paid out.
