Login

> Go to: www.unbookables.com
> Log in with the specified e-mail address.
> Go to Profile, change the password and click save.

API KEY

Click on Profile and follow the step-by-step plan (video) to fill in the API Key. This ensures that reservations are automatically transferred to your current booking system.

Under the heading Profile you can make a link with your current booking system account, reservations will then be automatically transferred. Go through the steps as described in the ”where can i find this”.

Opening hours

Here you can enter, per day of the week, the opening hours of the kitchen.
> Add the number of default place settings.
> Click Save: Everything will be copied to the future.
> Click on Manage Time slots: Here you can fine-tune the time slots per day of the week.

Agenda

The agenda remains leading. You can use this daily to adjust last-minute availability yourself.

Please note: If there is no availability in your current booking system, reservations from Unbookables cannot be continued.

Promote low demand time slots

Incentivise guests to book low demand time slots and optimize your yield through our Eat & Earn programme. Members are encouraged to make early or late bookings by receiving a cash reward per guest.

Under the heading ‘Billing’ you will find Stripe Connect. Go through the onboarding process. This is necessary in order to reward your guests for choosing to fill seats at low demand times.
