Okay, we know this one’s a little on the nose, but with so many flocking to the Dam to get… erm… toasted, we thought, “why not get into, well, toast?” But this is NOT toast as you know it. We’re not talking Hagelslag (though we’re Dutch, so we love it, obviously)… Nay, we’re talking about chefs who are taking this humble base and turning it into something worth all kinds of hype.
